Shipping policy
Processing Time All Spirited Candle orders are handmade in small batches in Newport, North Carolina. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing time may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship all orders through USPS or UPS via PirateShip or Shopify integration. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on all US orders over $60.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
International Shipping We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through USPS.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately at mortalspirit@spiritedcandlecompany.com with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
